“Helping You Power up your database”

Our highly sophisticated data management systems ensure that you always mail the right person, correctly titled and correctly addressed. However, we will also clean, sort and refresh your databases, as well as find new customers for you. We call this energising process ‘powering-up the database’ and it can turn your database into the most effective and valuable marketing tool in your company’s possession.

However, no matter how clever the systems are, they need to be guided by our knowledgeable and skilled staff, whose experience in interpreting the results can make an inspired difference.

Data Profiling
Profiling is an essential first step in strategic marketing. It can indicate when and where to look to acquire new customers.

Data Capture
We undertake data capture from any media (eg from donation forms, questionnaires or coupons) and will formulate into a database ready for processing or return to customer.

Mailing Lists
We supply business and consumer mailing lists for use in your direct marketing campaigns. Using our knowledge and experience we can obtain quality, tailor made mailing lists that are fresh and up to date.

We will always source the most cost effective lists and ensure a quick response rate.
